ELIZABETHTON — A disturbance at an Elizabethton residence ended with the arrest of a man and his pregnant girlfriend Sunday night.

Deputy Nick Andes said he responded to a call at 10:15 in which someone was reportedly armed with a knife.

When Andes arrived at 151 Crestview Drive, he spoke with Roberto Marquice Horton, 27, and Eleisha Ann Gregory.

Horton told Andes that Gregory had threatened him with a large knife and Gregory denied having a knife. She said Horton had repeatedly kicked her in the body and the abdomen, even though she is 3.5 months pregnant.

Andes said Horton said the fight was over a car and showed him some videos he had taken with his cell phone.
