was "using the bathroom" off the front off a boat on Boone Lake.

A 17-year-old girl reportedly busted the window out of a vehicle on Highway 126. The caller said the suspect, who does not possess a license, was angry that people wouldn't let her drive. Someone was reportedly shining a laser pointer at passing motorists on Pickens Bridge Road.A Kingsport resident called police on their 43-year-old daughter, saying she'd gone "totally wild."May 28A county woman advised her granddaughter, 13, has been Skyping with a 22-year-old who makes "indecent gestures."A juvenile was "acting strange" along Highway 394, "flapping his arms, walking around in circles."A caller from Bluff City claimed "some man" had taken his wife away — adding that she may have left with his IRS check. The male suspect was described as skinny with brown hair, his wife as wearing an orange shirt and "insulated underwear." Approximately 15 minutes later, the husband called dispatch again, saying they both had returned and everything's OK.May 29Dispatch received a call from a Blountville woman claiming that someone enters her home as she sleeps to move items around. A Booher Lane resident reported the theft of a garden hose and two flower pots.Hawkins County Sheriff's Office May 28A Rogersville man reported that someone had entered his vehicle and stolen his handicapped placard. Kingsport Police DepartmentMay 27A D Street resident advised a prowler outside their home had beaten on the door. The source of the noise was determined to be a patio umbrella, blown over by the wind. Police responded to reports of shots fired at a mobile home on Orleans Road. Officers learned the resident and a female visitor had been arguing. He said he made the woman leave when she denied his request for oral sex — and denied owning a firearm due to his status as a convicted felon. Witnesses reported hearing five or six rounds fired as the woman walked away from his residence, while a police search located a handgun, magazine and stray bullets scattered throughout the home. He was arrested and charged with reckless endangerment. May 28A Robertson Street resident reported seeing a man squatted next to a light pole, followed by the sound of something breaking. A couple of minutes later he's alleged to have stood up, "wadded something in his pocket" and walked away. The suspect was located walking nearby, with tin snips and a ball of copper wire in his back pocket. He was arrested for theft and vandalism.May 29While investigating an alleged domestic assault at Model City Apartments, a third party became aggressive with officers. He was asked to calm down several times but refused, eventually yelling, "(Expletive) piece of (expletive) law callers!" He was then arrested for disorderly conduct. Officers responded to a shoplifting complaint at Walmart on Fort Henry Drive, where a woman had allegedly been caught trying to roll $800 in merchandise out the door. Police asked twice why she had committed the crime, with her responding each time, "I'm just stupid."
