Hosted by Keller-Ferguson and Associates, the workshop is tailored to meet the needs of non-profit organizations, businesses, government and education agencies that are responsible for grant proposal development and/or grant-funded financial support.
Participants will gain a general understanding of the grant world, complete a self-assessment to evaluate their organizations’ grant-readiness, learn to utilize basic grant-project development tools, and gain familiarity with the most reliable sources for identifying grant funding opportunities.
On day two, participants will get down to the nuts and bolts of grant writing — turning a well-thought-out project concept into a well-organized, funding proposal and learning “tricks of the trade” that will make their proposal more compelling. The seminar will wrap up with a discussion of post-award considerations, including program evaluation and sustainability planning.
The cost of the workshop is $300 per person.
