The couple arrested this morning on animal cruelty charges are in jail on bonds of more than $100,000 each pending a Claiborne County General Sessions Court hearing next week, officials said.

Charlie Gregory, 58, of Pineville, Ky., and Taniciah Little, 54, of Andersonville, were each charged with 134 counts of animal cruelty and each charge carried with it a preset bond of $1,000, according to Claiborne County jail officials.

Authorities said the $134,000 bonds could be raised or lowered when the pair appear in front of Claiborne County General Sessions Judge Robert Estep on either Monday or Tuesday following the President’s Day holiday.
