Tennessee Highway Patrol: One killed, three injured in Jefferson County crash

One woman was killed and three other people injured when two vehicles collided on a state highway in Jefferson County on Saturday night, according to the Tennessee Highway Patrol.

The crash was reported at 6:50 p.m. on state Highway 92 at the intersection with East Dumplin Valley Road after a Dodge Neon pulled into the path of an oncoming Pontiac Grand Prix, according to a THP incident report.

The driver of the Dodge, Megan D. Bowers, 26, of Jefferson City, was killed in the collision, the report states.
