Update: Police identify 4-year-old victim, driver of dump truck involved in fatal accident

ELIZABETHTON — Police this morning identified the small child killed when a dump truck struck him at the intersection of Broad and Lynn streets Thursday. Police also named the driver.The boy was identified as 4-year-old Joshua Holston. Capt. Joy Markland said in a press release the boy was walking with another juvenile and an adult, Tiffani Marie Holston. They were attempting to cross Broad Street in the crosswalk at the intersection of Lynn Avenue at 1:19 p.m.As they were attempting to cross, Joshua ran into the path of the dump truck and was struck as the truck began to turn onto Lynn Avenue, Markland said. The truck was driven by Terry J.
