A Kingsport man faces his fourth charge of driving under the influence after police allegedly spotted him driving in reverse on Stone Drive.

According to an arrest report, the incident occurred at about 12:30 Sunday morning, in front of the Hog Wild Saloon, 1009 W. Stone Drive. An officer stopped a Trans-Am after allegedly spotting it, "traveling in reverse."

Police say the driver, Christopher M. Barnes, 28, of 406 Roller St., apartment No. 4, appeared to be intoxicated. He allegedly said he had drank two Natural Ice beers, and was asked to conduct sobriety tests.

The officer reports Barnes performed, "very poorly," and was arrested and charged with DUI. A check of his license revealed it was revoked for three prior DUI arrests.
