Carter County woman pleads guilty to 'mooning' neighbors

ELIZABETHTON — A county woman who had been accused of “mooning” her neighbors pleaded guilty Wednesday to disorderly conduct.Christina R. Greene, 32, 210 Price Road, Apt. 1, was fined $10 and court costs by Sessions Court Judge John Walton.Greene had been charged with indecent exposure by Carter County Deputy Wayne Pritchard following a complaint Sunday night that she had exposed herself. Pritchard said he talked with Greene, who admitted she had pulled her dress up and “mooned” the residence across the street on Frosty Lane. Greene said she committed the act because the neighbors had told her to leave their residence. Pritchard said Greene had a strong odor of alcohol.
