Tennessee's first legal moonshine is set to make its debut. Nearly a year after a new state law eased Tennessee's restrictions on distilleries, three local attorneys are opening East Tennessee's first legal distillery in downtown Gatlinburg.Ole Smoky Distillery at 903 Parkway in Gatlinburg is open for distillery tours and will be fully operational on July 2 when it will debut a variety of unaged whiskey products.The assortment includes: original unaged corn whiskey moonshine, apple pie moonshine, sweet tea moonshine and peach moonshine.
