Unicoi police say man used son to sell pot

ERWIN — An Erwin man, his girlfriend and his juvenile son were arrested earlier this week after it was discovered the man had allegedly been providing his son with marijuana to sell to other juveniles.
Elvis Campbell, 43, 110 Bethany Lane, was arrested Tuesday and charged with possession of a schedule VI drug, possession of a schedule IV drug, possession of a schedule III drug and a drug paraphernalia violation.
Also arrested were Campbell’s son, who was charged with sale of marijuana and whose information is withheld because he is a juvenile, and Campbell’s girlfriend, Jessica Nettles, 29, also of the above address, who was charged with maintaining a residence where drugs are sold.
