Man shoots truck, goes home to await arrest

A Jonesborough man who became angry when he realized two private investigators were following him Wednesday fired three shotgun rounds at the men’s vehicle, then apparently went home to wait for officers to arrest him.
Andrew N. Blackburn, 38, 2610 Tenn. Highway 81 S., was charged with two counts of aggravated assault and jailed on a $50,000 bond.
The incident started Wednesday afternoon at the intersection of Greenwood Drive and Tenn. 81 South, according to Washington County Sheriff’s Capt. Mark Page.
