Myrtle Beach man faces battery of charges; 3 of 18 people hurt still in hospital after 6-vehicle collision in Sevierville

SEVIERVILLE - A 34-year-old South Carolina man faces numerous charges in connection with a six-vehicle wreck Monday that injured 18 people.

Three of those injured were still being treated Tuesday at the University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville.

Randy D. Zlobec of Myrtle Beach is in the Sevier County Jail in lieu of $250,000 bond. He is charged with three counts of aggravated assault, vehicular assault, DUI, failure to stop and render aid, reckless driving, criminal impersonation and not wearing a seat belt.
