Sister of man killed in wreck facing vehicular assault charges

According to a Greeneville Sun report, the sister of a Greene County man who died from injuries he sustained in a Wednesday afternoon wreck is facing charges.Ricky Brice, 41, of Millers Chapel Road, was ejected from a sport utility vehicle driven by his sister, Tina Renee Brice, 36, of Locust Street, Greeneville, shortly before 5 p.m. Wednesday in the 9000 block of the Horton Highway, according to Trooper James Fillers.According to the trooper, she apparently over-corrected when the SUV dropped off the edge of the road. That over-correction sent the SUV veering across the road to the left. It then spun and hit a utility pole and an embankment.Ricky Brice was flown by a Wings Air Rescue helicopter to Wellmont Holston Valley Medical Center in Kingsport where he died the early today.
