According to the Smoking Gun, eight young movie makers are now part of a not-so-funny comedy after getting busted for indecent exposure charges for allegedly filming simulated sex acts on a South Carolina beach. The beach was real, the filming was real, but the sex acts were only "play acting" for a spring break-them production for the North Carolina School of Arts graduates.Myrtle Beach police rounded up the group after witnesses reported seeing a woman "fellating or simulating fellatio" on a man late Wednesday evening. None of the witnesses reported seeing any nudity, according to the Myrtle Beach Police Department report. One of the young filmmakers told the Smoking Gun the group was filming "Beach Week," a comedy about six college students, and that "there was nothing illegal going on" during filming. That didn't make any difference for the Myrtle Beach police.
