Vikin, assistant special agent in charge of the Atlanta office, said the EPA Criminal Investigation Division executed a search warrant at the Lowland facility, a process that could take "several hours.""We are serving a search warrant for alleged environmental criminal activity," Vikin said. "We are not serving any arrest warrants today. This is purely a search warrant.""We’re going to potentially seize some images from computers," the agent said. The sole focus of the search warrant was the former Liberty Fibers site, which is located east of Highway 160.
