Low lake levels hurting some marinas; video report from South Holston Lake

According to the Tennessee Valley Authority, which manages lakes in Northeast Tennessee and Southwest Virginia, this is the driest summer in 118 years. As shown in the video below, marina owners on the upper end of South Holston among the hardest hit by the low lake levels. Video by Rain Smith, timesnews.net.
