A suspect has allegedly confessed to last December’s break-in and burglary at S&N Communications in Coeburn.

On Thursday, Coeburn Police Chief Willie Stout reported charges of breaking and entering and grand larceny for the theft of about $3,875 worth of tools and equipment have been leveled against Nathaniel Leonard, 28, of Pine Camp Road.

Stout said in addition to other evidence and Leonard’s confession, investigators recovered DNA evidence linking Leonard to the crime.
