Idella Renee Slayton, 24, 355 Callahan Ave., Appalachia, had one year of a previously suspended sentence reinstated Friday in Lee County Circuit Court after being found guilty of a probation violation.
Judge Tammy McElyea further gave Slayton three years of probation to serve upon her release from jail and ordered that she find employment within 60 days of her release.
Slayton had previously been sentenced to three years of probation for a July 2005 larceny. She violated her probation by not informing the probation office of a change of address.
