Sunrise Rotary Club will meet at 7:30 a.m. at the Downtown Kingsport Association. LeAnn Hughes-Lumb with King College will speak.

Scott County Board of Supervisors will meet at 8:30 a.m. in the boardroom of the County Offices, Gate City. The agenda include discussion of the school board budget for fiscal year 2007-08 and the hotel-motel feasibility study for Scott County.

Wellmont Health System's Marsh Regional Blood Center will hold a public blood drive from noon to 5 p.m. at the University of Virginia's College at Wise. Donors must be 17 or older, weigh 110 pounds or more, and be in good health. Call 224-5888.

Sullivan County Commission Executive Committee will meet at 6 p.m. at the Sullivan County Courthouse, Blountville.

Wellmont Health System's Marsh Regional Blood Center will hold an emergency public blood drive to replenish diminished supplies from 5:30 to 11:30 a.m. at BAE Systems, 4509 W. Stone Drive, Kingsport. Donors must be 17 or older, weigh 110 pounds or more, and be in good health. Call 224-5888.

Kingsport Board of Zoning Appeals will meet at noon in the Bob Clear Conference Room, 201 W. Market St. Call Karen Combs at 224-2482.

Kiwanis Club of Kingsport will meet at noon at the Americourt Hotel. The Rev. Spurgeon McCartt will lead a Maundy Thursday program.

Lonesome Pine Regional Library board of trustees will meet at 1 p.m. at the library in Wise. The finance committee will meet at 11:30 a.m. to review monthly payables.
