Gunshots off Fort Henry Drive lead to drug arrests

Gun shots late Thursday night resulted in two Sullivan County patrol officers arresting three individuals on drug charges.

At approximately 11:40 p.m., deputies setting up a stationary radar at the intersection of Fort Henry Drive and Shipley Ferry Road heard what they believed to be shots fired. They responded to 112 Tall Tree Road, where the shots originated.

The officers talked to three individuals on the scene, leading to the arrest of all three on drug charges. Jarred Rogers, 112 Tall Tree Dr., was charged with possession of schedule I , schedule II and schedule VI drugs for resale, as well as possession of drug paraphernalia. His bond is $56,000.

Samuel Waugh, 3346 Highway 75, was charged with possession of a schedule I drug. His bond is $20,000.

Hillary Dulaney, 1528 Monterey Ave., was charged with possession of schedule VI drugs. Her bond is $750.00.

All three were transported to the Sullivan County Jail. No further details were provided by police.
