Washington County, Tenn., Sheriff's Office adds two men to Most Wanted list

Two more fugitives have been added to the Washington County Sheriff’s Office Most Wanted list and are believed to be in the Tri-Cities.

Thomas Bruce Anderson, 41, whose last known address was on Fairview Ave., in Johnson City, is wanted for failure to appear in court on charges of aggravated assault and DUI.

Anderson is a black male with black hair and brown eyes, he’s 6’1” tall and weights 235 pounds.

Anderson has the name Thomas tattooed on his upper right arm.

Charles Kyren McClaine aka "Tonka", 18, is wanted on charges of failure to appear on charges of reckless driving, aggravated assault, felony evading, leaving the scene of an accident, and failure to appear on simple possession.

He was last known to reside on Watauga Avenue in Johnson City.

McClaine is a black male with black hair and brown eyes. He is 5’6” tall, weighs 160 pounds and has a tattoo of a crown on his right shin.
