MORRISTOWN — Snow is expected to begin falling over the Tri-Cities sometime after 1 p.m. today and continue through early Wednesday morning, netting accumulations of between one and three inches across the region.
According to the National Weather Service in Morristown, slippery road conditions and reduced visibility could make driving difficult. The NWS reports that colder air will push in behind the front and drop wind chill values below zero at times late tonight, especially in the higher elevations.
A Winter Weather Advisory is currently in effect until 1 a.m. tomorrow. Highs on Wednesday are forecast for the mid-20s with Thursday morning lows around 10 to 15 degrees.
