The winner of the inaugural “Tri Cities Got Talent” had two auditions for “America’s Got Talent” in 2010, but Carson Peters didn’t make the finals of NBC’s top-rated summer reality series. Peters, 7, of Piney Flats, will make a guest appearance at the second “Tri Cities Got Talent” finals at 7 p.m., Saturday, at the Paramount Center for the Arts in downtown Bristol. “Tri Cities Got Talent” is a fund-raiser benefiting Kari’s Heart Foundation, a non-profit charity which supports hospitalized children and their families. The winner of this competition will be sponsored by Kari’s Heart Foundation to audition for the next “America’s Got Talent” competition. Reserved seat tickets are $18.
