Cheezy Chicken Dip

1 red pepper, thinly sliced
1 sweet onion
16 oz. Velveeta
3 boneless chicken breasts, cooked and diced
1 can RoTel tomatoes and chilies

Saute red pepper and onion in butter until tender. Put all ingredients in small slow cooker and simmer. Stir occasionally until ready.
