Prom 2019: Share your photos with us!

Prom season is here and you know what that means. We can’t wait to see your photos!

We want to help celebrate these special occasions by capturing all of the memories in a gallery of reader-submitted photos commemorating the event at each of our local high schools. So, as area schools roll out the red carpet, we're inviting students, faculty and family members to share their favorite photos of all the festivities, including everything from prom preparations to the last dance.

Be sure to tell us:

🎉 Who's submitting the photo

🎉 Which high school prom it is

🎉 Who's in the photo

🎉 Where the photo was taken

We're looking for snapshots, selfies and group shots. All of the photos (barring anything inappropriate) will appear in our online galleries, and selected photos from each school will appear in print in Sunday Stories.

Please note: If you choose to submit professional photography, you must include a release or permission from the photographer in order for us to use it in the gallery.

Don't see your school listed? Don't worry. You can still share your photos with us.

Simply email your photos - with the school name in the subject line - to Sunday Stories editor Carmen Musick at [email protected]

You can send as many photos as you like, but it generally works better if you send each one as a separate email. The photos will appear online at www.timesnews.net a few days after each prom. The sooner you send them, the better your chances to have the photo appear in print and in the online gallery.

If you have any questions, contact Carmen at [email protected] or call (423) 723-1435.
