Some worship options for your Christmas Eve

KINGSPORT —  Below is a list of scheduled Christmas Eve services at the various churches on or near Church Circle.

First Broad Street United Methodist

1:30 p.m. — Service at Baysmont

3:00 p.m. — Family service with Blessing of the Babies (sanctuary)

5:30 p.m. — Traditional (sanctuary) and Encounter (fellowship hall) services

10:30 p.m. —  Traditional service (sanctuary)

In addition, First Broad Street UMC services can be seen live via the church’s Facebook page.

First Presbyterian

4 p.m. - 5 p.m. — Family service (old fellowship hall)

5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. — Annual lessons & carols (sanctuary)

11 p.m. - midnight — Candlelight Communion service (chapel)

First Baptist

Candlelight services are:

4 p.m. — Contemporary service (sanctuary)

5:30 p.m. — Traditional service (sanctuary)

3:30 to 4 p.m. and 4:45 to 5:15 p.m. — Communion (chapel)

Holy Trinity Lutheran (800 Broad St.)

7:30 p.m. — Music begins

8 p.m. — Christmas Eve service

St. Paul’s Episcopal (161 E. Ravine Road)

4:30 p.m. — Full choral sung Eucharist with choir

10:00 p.m. — Spoken Eucharist without choir

Kingsley United Methodist (2828 Bloomingdale Road), a cooperative venture with Vermont United Methodist

9 p.m. — Candlelight & Communion service
