Limited free seating available to public for launch of new radio station at Birthplace of Country Music Museum

BRISTOL - On Aug. 27, WBCM Radio Bristol goes on the air with the official launch of the new WBCM LP on 100.1 FM in the Bristol area and streaming worldwide with a new WBCM Radio Bristol mobile app and website.
Two more programming channels, Radio Bristol Classic and Radio Bristol Americana, will also be part of the live stream.
The public is invited to join in the celebration that afternoon by attending a special live radio show in the Performance Theater at the Birthplace of Country Music Museum.
At 4 p.m. enjoy special station tours and see behind the scenes of the station. This is open to the public and free to attend.
At 5 p.m. a special concert to launch WBCM Radio Bristol will include a live radio show that will last 75 minutes. Please be in your seats no later than 4:50 p.m.
Performances include Folk Soul Revival, Ed Snodderly and Corbin Hayslett.
After the show, a reception to celebrate the launch of the station will offer sliders from The Burger Bar and tastings by Sugarlands Distilling Company.
