1920s Kingsport focus on genealogists’ meeting

Kenny Stallard, local historian, will present “Roaring Into the 1920s, Kingsport Style” during the next meeting of the Watauga Association of Genealogists.
Stallard’s presentation will feature photos that show the changes and growth of Kingsport during the 1920s.
The association will meet at 6:30 p.m., Tuesday, May 7, at the Johnson City Public Library, 100 W. Millard St.
Stallard serves on the board of directors for the city of Kingsport Archives and the advisory committee for Lynn View Community Center. He is retired from Eastman Chemical Company.
