KingsportARTS returns to Hollywood heyday with fund-raiser

KingsportARTS will return to the heyday of Hollywood for its next fund-raiser.

The 1950s Hollywood — Black & White Party will be held Friday, March 1, in the second-floor atrium and Room 239 of the Kingsport Renaissance Center, 1200 E. Center St.

The fund-raiser, which will be held from 6 to 10 p.m., will feature food, beer, wine, music and a silent auction. Requested attire is black and white.

Advance tickets are $30 per person. Tickets at the door are $35. Proceeds will benefit the KingsportARTS youth education programs for children and teens 18 months to 18 years old.

KingsportARTS, a non-profit established in 1969, is funded, in part, by grants from the Tennessee Arts Commission, the National Endowment for the Arts, the Kingsport Community Foundation, Eastman Chemical Company, the city of Kingsport, and other patrons.
