ETSU to celebrate King's birthday with Cake-Cutting Celebration

JOHNSON CITY – The birthday of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. will be celebrated at East Tennessee State University with a Cake-Cutting Celebration the day after the national holiday commemorating the life of the civil rights leader.

The Cake-Cutting will take place Tuesday, Jan. 22, from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. in the atrium area on the second level of the D.P. Culp University Center.
