Former Dobyns-Bennett standout and current Walters State infielder Hunter Wolfe announced on twitter Wednesday night he will be continuing his baseball career at Texas Christian University.

Wolfe was the 2015 Big 7 Conference Player of the Year, hitting .475 with 11 doubles, six triples, seven home runs and 36 RBIs for the Indians. He was an All-Region and All-State pick and selected in the 12th round of the 2017 MLB Draft by the Pittsburgh Pirates.

Wolfe had previously committed to Tennessee before the Vols fired head baseball coach Dave Serrano.
