McCary and Baker engagement

Sarah Elizabeth McCary of Kingsport and James Alexander Baker of Chattanooga plan to be married May 25, 2016, on the Isle of Mull, Scotland.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Charles and Barbara McCary of Kingsport, and the granddaughter of Charles P. McCary Sr. and the late Toonie McCary of Bristol, Tenn., and the late Harriet R. Locke and William M. Locke of Bristol, Tenn. She graduated from Dobyns-Bennett High School, received a bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and graduated from Quillen College of Medicine at East Tennessee State University. She is a resident in internal medicine at the University of Colorado.
The bridegroom-to-be is the son of Jim Baker of Chattanooga and Pam Akins of Fairhope, Ala. He is the grandson of Wayne and Joyce Lamb of Chattanooga, and the late James and Anna Lee Baker of Cleveland, Tenn. He graduated from McCallie High School, received a bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and graduated from the University of Tennessee with a Master of Business Administration and a master’s degree in Business Analytics. He is employed as a Senior Consultant with Ernst and Young.
