'Drugged driver' in wreck that killed elderly Hawkins woman sentenced to eight years

A Hawkins County woman who was high on methadone, oxycodone and other drugs when she caused a head-on collision that claimed the life of an 80-year-old woman last year was sentenced Wednesday to eight years.
