The HCSO Narcotics Unit found 122 pills and nine ounces of pot at the home pf a man arrested for shooting at his neighbors over a property dispute.

Evelyn Jean Vickers received a 110-month prison sentence in U.S. District Court in Greeneville on Tuesday. Vickers and 10 others were indicted in June 2014 in connection with an extensive a-PVP distribution ring centered in and around Sullivan County.
