Photos: High water prompting road closures, evacuations

At noon VDOT reported several closures across Wise, Lee, Scott and Dickenson Counties. Motorists are also advised to use caution on U.S. Routes 23 and U.S. 58 and be on alert for ponding water across road surfaces.
