School parking lot wreck allegedly caused by mother on pills, alcohol

Rogersville Police Department Chief Doug Nelson said the 2000 Buick Century driven by Tammie Darla Marshall, 41, of Johnson City, was in line to pick up her son around 3 p.m. on Nov. 21 when the parking lot collision occurred.
