Eastman Chemical Co. said Thursday it has completed a previously announced capacity expansion of its Eastman 168 non-phthalate plasticizers at its manufacturing facility in Texas City, Tex.

Authorities identified a body found in Watauga Lake Thursday as that of 46-year-old John Wrestler, the owner of Johnson City's Scratch Brick Oven. Wrestler's sailboat drifted ashore unaccompanied Wednesday, and authorities found his body earlier Thursday.
