Va. deputy cleared in fatal Sullivan County shooting

A Southwest Virginia police officer has been cleared of any wrongdoing in a fatal May shooting in Sullivan County, Tenn., after the victim led authorities on a lengthy high-speed pursuit and rammed multiple law enforcement vehicles.
