Update: Teen uninjured, sex offender faces charges in 3 states

Authorities said the pair had stopped at a residence in Atkins, Va. at 5:30 a.m. and asked to take a shower. The homeowner recognized the pair and called 911.

Confederate flags were everywhere. Hanging out of trucks. Draped on the trunks of cars. Stuck out of sunroofs. Women wore Confederate flag bikinis and men wore Confederate flag shirts. Some donned hats or had flags flying off the back of their shirts.
