$1 million lawsuit accuses Hawkins privatized probation company of illegal takeover

KINGSPORT — A million dollar lawsuit filed Wednesday in Sullivan County Chancery Court claims the owner of a new privatized probation company in Rogersville illegally stole Hawkins County "clients" during a take-over last month.
