Around 4:20 p.m. Saturday Hawkins County Sheriff's Office Sgt. Nathan Simpson received a be on the lookout for a green Chevy truck on Burem Road near Rogersville that had crossed the center line and nearly struck another vehicle.

AAA says summer gas prices are the lowest they've been in five years, with motorists currently saving nearly $15 for a full tank of gas. Currently, the average price for gas in Tennessee is $2.58.
