NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen said a command headquarters would be set up in Eastern Europe with supplies and equipment stockpiled there, enabling the "spearhead" force to mobilize and deploy quickly.

Daniel Guy Bickley of Bristol, Va., was indicted in U.S. District Court in Greeneville on a 72-count indictment. The charges include conspiracy to distribute Schedule I drugs, distribution of Schedule I drugs (19 counts) and money laundering (52 counts).
