SW Va. man pleads guilty in child porn case

Ten days after being released from state prison, a Big Stone Gap, Va., man did not inform law enforcement of his plans to move to Johnson City, but he did start taking sexually explicit photographs of a three-year-old girl, federal prosecutors charge.
