Sulphurs are the classic summer mayfly hatch on area trout tailwaters, But darned if the sulphur mayflies haven't continued to hold out this winter - particularly on the South Holston.

Worley Head was diagnosed with sarcomatoid renal cell carcinoma in November. He originally went to the doctor with back pain. A CT scan revealed a mass on his lung. It turned out to be kidney cancer.
