Hawkins County mother accused of being on drugs in crash with unrestrained children

ROGERSVILLE — A Hawkins County woman accused Saturday morning of crashing a truck containing her two small children while she was under the influence of drugs, later allegedly admitted to attempting to flush pills down the toilet at the jail.
