BLOUNTVILLE — A prisoners’ rights group claims the department is censoring and refusing to deliver its publications and newsletter to inmates at the Sullivan County Jail. Prison Legal News filed the suit in U.S. District Court in Greeneville on Oct. 10.

Tennessee quarterback Justin Worley is out indefinitely after undergoing surgery on his right thumb. Vols coach Butch Jones announced the severity of Worley’s injury after Tuesday’s practice and said he believes the QB has a torn ligament.
