New law would mean end to speed cameras in Mount Carmel, Bluff City

Mount Carmel police Chief Jeff Jackson is hoping traffic lights will have the same effect of slowing down traffic on Highway 11-W that the speed enforcement cameras have had, especially if the cameras are removed in two years.
