The Koozer-Kuhn Medical Cannabis Act, which would allow statewide legal protections for qualified patients authorized by their physicians to engage in cannabis therapy. “I’m sure it’s going to die,” state Rep. Matthew Hill, R-Jonesborough, said Wednesday.

DUFFIELD — According to figures released this week by the Virginia Department of Conservation and Recreation, a total of 246,398 people visited Natural Tunnel State Park during 2013. That number was down 1.3 percent from 2012’s figure of 249,661.
