ROGERSVILLE — According to a report filed by jail officer Sherie Hutson, officers were conducting a strip search of Tracie Ellen Morelock, 40, 1616 Charles St., Kingsport, as Morelock was changing into her jail uniform.

ROGERSVILLE — Corey Aulburn Cinnamon, 19, 1900 Route 66-S, Bulls Gap, was arrested Monday in Morristown on an outstanding Hawkins County Sheriff’s Office warrant charging him with one count of solicitation of a minor, a Class A misdemeanor.
