Kingsport chooses MTAS for city manager search

KINGSPORT — By choosing the state advisory service to conduct the search instead of hiring a professional firm, the city will save more than $20,000. MTAS has assisted cities across the state in city manager searches.

GREENEVILLE — According to court records, from June 2012 through May 2013, Ricky Lee Hoyle attempted to coerce a 17-year-old male to engage in illegal sexual activity with him. Hoyle did so through numerous texts, cell phone calls and over the Internet.
