Coeburn men face attempted murder charges in Norton motel incident

NORTON — Police found three people bound, lying on beds. Officers took three other individuals, all of Coeburn, into custody. The three men arrested were David Mark Hill, 43; Maynard Ralph Hill Jr., 45; and James Clifton Surratt, 54.
