KPD seeks public's helping in ID'ing woman on motorized scooter who stole television

KINGSPORT — The incident happened on Oct. 8 at Walmart on Fort Henry Drive. The suspect allegedly towed the television in a shopping cart behind her motorized scooter out the front door of the store. The television is valued at approximately $1,000.
