Washington County Sheriff Ed Graybeal and District Attorney General Tony Clark announced today that autopsy results showed that Stewart Peppers, an inmate who died in Wash. Co. jail, died from "excited delirium" resulting from drug use.

KINGSPORT — Kingsport's director of Community and Government Relations was arrested early Friday for allegedly driving under the influence. A report at the Bristol, Tenn., Police Department states Tim Whaley was pulled over on the Volunteer Parkway.
